Yes and no. If you’re an established brand seeking a remote design team to support your sales, advertising, marketing or operational activities, then yes.
DAS Subscription provides the same convenience as having an in-house graphic designer, Monday to Friday, but with the flexibility of an on-demand service without the costs of full-time employment. It covers all your print, digital and web needs for ongoing activities or short-term campaigns.
If you don’t have a brand strategy or visual identity or would like to refresh your current branding, we recommend partnering with us for a brand development project first.

Yes. A professional visual identity and high-quality content are required; a brand strategy is a plus. Your subscription will only be confirmed once you submit your logo, font files, colour palette and brand guidelines. Your subscription will be immediately cancelled and refunded if these are not provided.

On average, simple designs are fulfilled within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. However, more complex designs, such as brochures or websites, may take up to 4 weeks or longer.

You are welcome to submit requests and feedback 24/7. All our subscription-based clients are treated equally, and requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. To accommodate all clients in a timely manner, we offer a limited number of subscriptions only. Each request is managed within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive a delivery, progress update or request for additional information.

No. You can submit as many requests as you wish. One design equals one request, and we'll work on them one at a time until they’re completed.

You’ll submit your request via a Notion form. We accept any format that works best for you. Describe your request in writing, record an audio or video and include links to external platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox or Loom.

Yes. Our graphic design subscription covers a wide range of promotional print, digital and web designs. It does not include brand development, brand strategy, visual identity, branding guidelines, logo design, brand culture, brand management, social media strategy and complex designs such as advanced website design and development. The subscription also doesn’t offer content production services such as photography, motion graphics, animations, video shooting, video editing, 3D modelling, VR or AR images or copywriting. Additionally, the subscription doesn’t cover travel or on-site activities, such as taking measurements for storefront signs. Vendor sourcing, coordination and placing orders are your responsibilities.

Yes. You don’t have to invest in any design software, plus you can also enjoy unlimited Adobe Stock images and videos, unlimited Midjourney AI-generated images and discounted printing rates at Moo and VistaPrint. Vendors may change occasionally without notice. Third-party terms apply.

No. The subscription price includes all graphic design fees. You will not be charged extra for any graphic design elements we may use to design, handcraft or fulfil your request. However, you are responsible for potential third-party fees such as photography, royalties, copywriting, web development, merchandise and printing.

No. Due to the nature of graphic design services and digital deliverables, all sales are final and non-refundable. A detailed request and professional branding guidelines ensure we fully understand your vision and deliver designs aligned with your brand. Nevertheless, we will work with you until you’re satisfied with the design.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will remain active until the last day of your billing cycle. No refunds are provided for early termination.

To pause your subscription, email us with your request. Your remaining balance will stay available, and you can resume it whenever you need more designs.

No. We are not a software company but a branding agency offering professional, bespoke design services tailored to your brand. Unlike Canva and similar do-it-yourself apps, our work involves a hands-on, creative process that cannot be trialled. Instead, we offer an initial 30-minute video call to discuss your needs and determine if we are a perfect fit.

You can do that if you’re ready to handle the hiring costs, talent search, recruitment process, onboarding, training, design software subscriptions, the possibility of the employee leaving, and an average salary of £30k-£75k per year plus benefits. Simply cancelling your DAS Subscription when you don’t need it may work out more conveniently for you, eliminating the burden of hiring, managing and additional costs.

Good luck with that. Someone will always do the job cheaper, but you get what you pay for. If a £30/hour freelancer on Fiverr ticks all your boxes, our bespoke, professional solutions may not fit your needs. We’ve tried those platforms and chose to steer clear for good.
