DAS is led by Konstantina Kralj (Koni), Founder and Brand Strategist, bringing an architectural lens to location brands. She drives the studio’s mission to help founders move into a state of performance—where the brand replaces persuasion and growth arrives without the busy schedule.

Koni developed the Focused Brand System™ to protect founder resources from the erosion of operational friction. This is where the brand stops being an effort and begins to carry its own weight—it simply performs.
